Throughout my life I have found songs that seem to perfectly describe
my life story.
Take for instance my childhood, there was this song by
one of the American idols... I.. Oh Kelly Clarkson. Because of you.

That song made me almost have to pull over one day because of the
emotion that it evoked. I grew up in a broken family. Not the most
stable environment that a parent would desire for their child. But my
mom did what was best for us and kept us centered on God.
Then as I got older, it seemed like God sent me these songs that just seemed to
click.
Don't you know you're beautiful, by Seabird, also helped me heal
from my parent's divorce and the addictions that my dad struggled
through, and finally beat with Gods help, we are so proud of him :)

This is the stuff you use, a Francesca Battistelli song, helped me remember that even my biggest problems seem like pebbles to the God I love and serve.

7x70 by Chris august, was a good reminder of how far I've come and that by the
experiences that I've faced, I can be a help to girls going through
much the same.

People say that God doesn't speak to His people
verbally anymore. You know what? I beg to differ. God talks to me all
the time. In fact, we have had quite a few duets together. He thinks
I'm an awesome singer, even when I don't hit all (or any) of the notes
right. We sing in the car, and in my head, and all the time. he gives
me these songs to help me through, and I sing them to Him. Worshiping
from the core. Worship isn't just singing and dancing, it can be
talking, crying, or simply being still. God is living and active. He
is still talking to His people. We just have to shut up and listen.
